RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return items?

Yes, you have 14 days to return any items if you’re in the UK, and 21 days if you’re in Europe. For all other countries we offer a 30-day return policy. Refunds are only available if the items are unused and returned in their original packaging and you pay for return postage costs. Once we have received the returned item, we will refund your payment. Kindly refer to our Returns & Refund policy for our full terms and conditions.

Can I exchange items?

Yes, but please make sure you measure your dog correctly before placing an order. This will help to prevent any sizing issues.

Where do I return (or exchange) my items to?

As we have our own Doggy Doo Little branded items, but also sell our brand partner items, please email us your Order number (received in your email) to [email protected], and we will let you know the correct return (or exchange) address.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Review our Shipping Policy page for estimated delivery times.

What is your shipping time frame?

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours. However, shipping times vary based on your location as well as our brand partners’ shipping policies. Review our Shipping Policy page for estimated delivery times.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We cannot guarantee address changes after the order is placed. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate during checkout.
PLACING AN ORDER

How do I know my dog’s size?

Consult the size guide available on each product page, to find the best fit for your pooch. Email us at [email protected] for any concerns.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. We also offer Klarna pay-in-4 interest-free payments, as well as other secure payment options.

How can I place an order?

Visit our website and browse our collections. Select your items, choose your dog’s correct size (shown on each product page), and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Order confirmation via email. Simply reply to that email requesting your tracking number. We use this method as each of our brand partners’ maintain their own tracking numbers, but don’t worry we’re here to help you!

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Do you have any promotions or discounts?

We’re always running exclusive discounts and offers to our loyal customers. Email us at [email protected] to find out the best discounts on offer at the moment.

How do I use a discount code?

Submit your discount code at checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically once you click "Apply Coupon". Please note that you can’t combine several discount codes, price reductions, or deals unless otherwise stated.

What if my discount code doesn’t work?

Don’t worry, we will issue you another valid discount code if applicable.

Do you offer gift cards?
