Shipping

For Doggy Doo Little brand related products, we offer international shipping from the United Kingdom to Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, USA, Canada and Mexico. All orders will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.

For our Brand Partners and their associated shipping, shipping times may vary slightly.

Postage fees & delivery

A postage fee is added to all purchases. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of your online purchase, while our Brand Partners’ shipping times may vary. Obviously we cannot be held responsible for problems that may occur in the shipping / mailing of the items to you. If you get any problems with receiving your orders, let us know. We’re here to help.

Payment

Our online store accepts all major Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, as well as Klarna. We do not accept cheques or postal orders. However, we do accept bank transfers, online banking payments and BACS transfer. If you wish to use this form of payment, please contact us for more information.

Acceptance of orders

Doggy Doo Little reserves the right to approve which countries it will ship to and in the event that a country is not approved, the buyer will receive a full refund. On international shipments, delays may occur that are beyond our control caused by such factors as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions and custom services. Doggy Doo Little is not responsible for these delays or any associated costs, should they occur.

Customs fees & taxes

We do not charge any customs when sending our packages abroad. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Doggy Doo Little is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information contact your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees on your return shipments. If duties / customs fees are not paid by customer on entry to a destination country, or the merchandise is refused, Doggy Doo Little reserves the right to charge the customer for fees incurred to ship the product back to our premises in England.

Return

You have 14 days to return any items shipped domestically to the UK, and 21 days to return any items shipped to the rest of Europe. For all other internationally shipped items we offer a 30 day return policy. This is only applicable if the items are unused and returned in their original packaging and you pay for the return postage costs. Once we have received the returned item, we will refund your initial payment to us minus any postage fees paid.

This is also applicable for all of our Brand Partners’ items listed on our store. We can only give you a full refund if the item was faulty, or incorrectly delivered initially. As stated clearly on relevant pages on our website, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our bespoke / custom made to order items for obvious reasons. So all these sales are final. The same returns policy is applicable to our Brand Partners’ products. Some items, where mentioned are non-refundable e.g. Personalised items.
